My name is Barjohn, I’m a Quality Assurance Manager from Pittsburgh, turned Virtual Assistant. 

I’m that girl that LOVES lists, sticky notes and checking things off her agenda. 

I’m methodical, organized, tech-savvy and always curious to learn new things! The best part? I understand your industry and I have a passion for it!

I enjoyed my years working in Corporate America but ultimately, I knew my calling was to be an entrepreneur. I craved being creative, connecting and making a difference in a way that resonated better with me, so I started my online business as a virtual assistant.  I’ve also have 20+ years of experience in customer service, administration and legal assisting.

I've learned that I am my best as the girl behind the scenes. I thrive when I'm making sure everything is done WELL and looks GOOD.  My purpose is to support like-minded entrepreneurs in making the best impact possible. 

I work from my home office in Charlotte, NC using my computer and business phone to connect with my clients worldwide, hence the term "Virtual Assistant".

The unique nature of virtual assisting allows clients to obtain support without the traditional expense of a full-time employee.

I can help you with administrative tasks, social media management, website management, customer/client care, simple graphic designs and event management. 

As I implement new solutions, I constantly revise and "tweak" them until the process is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I created Solid Virtual Solutions, LLC so I can apply my knowledge in administration, compliance and customer service to assist small businesses by reducing the amount of time they spend on administrative tasks while helping them to achieve a better work/life balance.
